Where to Start
If your funnel is broken and you do not know why, run the Solo Funnel Diagnostic. 12 questions. 10 minutes. It ranks your stages from biggest leak to smallest and tells you which one to fix first.
If your funnel is okay but you want to tune a specific stage, skip the diagnostic and go directly to the hub for that stage. Each hub contains the fix guides for that stage.
The Five Stages (and What They Cover)
| Stage | Hub | What Goes Wrong |
|---|---|---|
| Traffic | (Covered by Audience.my) | Low visibility, wrong channels |
| Capture | Landing Pages | Low opt-in rate, bad hero copy, buried forms |
| Nurture | Email Funnels | Open rate falls off by email three, no reply engagement |
| Convert | Funnel Strategy | Traffic arrives but does not buy, pricing confusion |
| Retain | (Separate site coming) | Churn, refund rate, no second purchase |
If you know which stage is broken, skip to its hub. If you do not, run the diagnostic.
The Fastest Path to a Fix
- Run the diagnostic. It tells you which stage has the biggest leak. Do not try to fix everything at once.
- Open the stage hub. Each hub has diagnostic articles (“why is my X not converting”) and fix guides (“how to write a landing page that converts”).
- Pick the fix that matches your symptom. If your email open rate is falling off, do not also rewrite your pricing page. One fix at a time.
- Ship the fix in an evening. If it takes longer, the scope is wrong. The fixes on this site are designed to fit in 2 to 4 hours.
- Measure in two weeks. One day is not enough data. Two weeks shows whether the fix held up.
- Move to the next biggest leak. Repeat. Most solo funnels are fixed in 3 to 5 rounds of diagnose-fix-measure.
What to Skip
- Rebuilding your entire funnel. The fix is almost always one specific element, not a full teardown.
- Switching to a new funnel builder before understanding why your current one is broken. The tool is rarely the problem.
- Reading 20 funnel blogs before shipping one fix. Information is not the bottleneck. Execution is.
- A/B testing before you have the traffic. At 500 visitors per month, A/B tests take six months to reach significance. Make the bolder change and measure the before-after.
When to Come Back
FunnelForOne is a reference. When the next stage starts leaking, come back, diagnose, fix, ship. Most creators return every two or three months as their funnel grows into new bottlenecks.
